German Blu-ray release of Berserker probably a boot

According to several forums in Germany (movieside, atm, comment on amazon.de), this is a boot again. I will try to get 100% confirmation from Vinegar Syndrome (because it seems the video transfer is from VS). Every release that comes out from Germany/Austria with the label "White Pearl" should be considered with a lot of caution.
