Do the 4K Blu-ray releases of Mad Max 2/The Road Warrior (1981) restore the missing parts of the Papagallo speech (that was shown on the VHS releases and a few TV versions)?

The reason I'm asking this is because when I look at the CUTS section for the 4K Blu-ray releases it says "No cuts"
