I bought the Italian blu-ray but it does not contain the additional deleted scene: More Hell on Wheels.

It basically has the same extra features as other European releases, including the easter eggs.

Instead of this:

I assume the Scandinavian disc is exactly the same as it lists the same audio and subtitle options.

I would suggest to also change that one, in order to avoid people buying that disc for the so called additional deleted scene.

Then the last sentence of the conclusion can be dropped.

The identical Italian and Scandinavian releases for the additional deleted scene.
