Hi Mathew

the German subtitles are not burnt-in, they are optional. There is only one little portion at the end, where some ancient writing on a stone is translated into German and this portion is burnt-in. So I suggest to make a note about that and to declare the German subs as "optional".

Since there are no German subtitles and just the burnt-in text, it's appropriate. Though, I did reword now so it says: German (Text and Signs) (Burnt-In).
