I don't own this movie on UHD, only on the Kino Lorber US Blu-ray, but I am pretty sure both Kino Lorber UHD releases have an aspect ratio of 1.66:1, not 1.85:1 (the other movie in this set is 1.85:1 though).
This would be as per the Blu-ray releases (the Kino Lorber Blu-ray is a 4K scan, so probably from the same source as the Kino Lorber UHD):
