The "Blu-ray B United Kingdom - Lions Gate Home Entertainment" does NOT have the "A Look Inside" 3-minute extra, as stated on the page. I have taken some quick pics of the Blu-ray I have to confirm this to you:

Do note that I only have the 2D version of the UK Blu-ray. I assume the "A Look Inside" extra isn't on the 3D release, either, but can't confirm that.

I currently also have a copy of the U.S. Region 1 Blu-ray (I will be giving it away to a friend soon), and decided to check out the "A Look Inside" extra on it. It looks like it uses some interview and BTS clips from the UK's 45-min "Making Of" documentary, but I can't say for certain. It definitely seems like it covers some of the same ground, only as a 3-minute "sampler", so I can understand why Lionsgate didn't include it.
