The German Concorde BD and DVD have a 1.39:1 AR, and the Oz Shock is 1.33:1.
The Eureka DVD is NTSC.
The Oz Shock DVD can be added; it's identical to the UK Eureka but in a separate keep case. It should also be mentioned in the footnote alongside the Eureka/MoC.
Amend "original mono audio" footnote, as it's also on the Scandinavian, US Fox, German Concorde, UK Eureka and Oz Shock DVDs.
The French DVD also has Dutch subs.
All Fox 2-DVDs have an 8-sided, fold-out leaflet.
Add bootleg and copyright footnotes.

Re: Lifeboat (1944) UPDATED
Thanks, James, although some ARs are still off:
Both German Concordes are 1.39:1 and the Oz Shock BD is 1.33:1, as per the Eureka.
