THE BDs all say, "Extras are in HD unless otherwise stated." But they're actually all SD.
There's also a US 4-BD "Best of Bogart Collection" (B00GY71GJC) and a French 4-BD "Collection John Huston" (B01DOE1K70).
There are four other BDs with identical specs: Portugal 2010, Greece 2010, Mexico 2010, Brazil 2011.
There's also a 4k disc-only Dutch release with the same spec as the others.
