The German version has additional extras but many of the shared extras are not German-friendly while some are not English-friendly. The UK disc is still pretty solid.

General note:
The following versions of the movie are known:
- The European version (~98min): this version features an original score by Stelvio Cipriani,
- The Italian version (~98min): this version is identical to the Italian one, but with Italian credits (the film is an American/Italian/West German production),
- The US theatrical version (~91min): when the film was released in the US by American International Pictures, some takes of violent scenes (e.g. the killing of the doctor) have been softened, the order of some scenes shuffled, and music rescored by Les Baxter.
