The Italian and export versions are a single encode that uses branching to display the Italian or English credits. The Export version has the original Stelvio Cipriani score, while the AIP release has a new score by Les Baxter.
The interview is in Italian with burnt-in subtitles and all other extras are in English without any subtitles.
Comes with a reversible sleeve featuring original and newly commissioned artwork by Graham Humphreys and 24-page Collector's booklet featuring new writing on the film by James Oliver, illustrated with original archive stills and posters -

The German version has additional extras but many of the shared extras are not German-friendly while some are not English-friendly. The UK disc is still pretty solid.
Do note that the French disc has an exclusive non-English extra.
General note:
The following versions of the movie are known:
- The European version (~98min): this version features an original score by Stelvio Cipriani,
- The Italian version (~98min): this version is identical to the Italian one, but with Italian credits (the film is an American/Italian/West German production),
- The US theatrical version (~91min): when the film was released in the US by American International Pictures, some takes of violent scenes (e.g. the killing of the doctor) have been softened, the order of some scenes shuffled, and music rescored by Les Baxter.
