The French release is in the correct aspect ratio and features some contextual material. However, note that it isn't English-friendly.
If you're tied to an English-friendly release, the R0 US release is the best option: it's in a more accurate aspect ratio than the German disc (the only other English-friendly release).
Also released in France and Italy. -
