Between the R1 Scream Factory CE for the best set of extras or the UK Anchor Bay and the Japanese box sets for the slightly differing extras and DTS audio track.
The German release has an anamorphic transfer and extras not found on UK AB set. Do note that the box is a bootleg, as it contains illegal material.
There is also a vanilla release available from Anchor Bay UK under there 'Horror Classics' label which should be avoided.
