OVERALL: Draw
Between the US Remastered release from Well Go USA for the 4K transfer and the optional original Mono, although some visual alterations have been made and the Japanese box set for the unaltered version, additional extras, and DTS audio track.
Do note, the R1 MGM release also has a few exclusive extras (including the original Mono track), but it's non-anamorphic and OOP.
There is also a vanilla release available from Anchor Bay UK under there 'Horror Classics' label which should be avoided. -
