OVERALL: R1
The US 2-disc "75th Anniversary Edition" includes restored Dracula audio and the most extras, though note that it´s missing the "Stephen Sommers" featurette from the "Legacy" collections.
General notes about the transfer (SPOILERS!)
Comparing "Legacy" to the previous "older releases" AND a new "75th Anniversary Edition", there are few differences in the soundtrack:
1) In the scene where Renfield is being strangled by Dracula, in the "older releases/75th AE", Renfield is screaming, but in the "Legacy" version, he barely screams at all.
-"Old version": at 67:21 min (PAL).
-"Legacy": at 70:08 min (NTSC).
2) In the final scene where Van Helsing is staking Dracula, in the "older releases/75th", Dracula is moaning several times, but in the "Legacy" version, he only moans one time.
-"Old version": at 70:00 min (PAL).
-"Legacy": at 72:55 min (NTSC). -
