The R-rated and Unrated versions are the same length, with the different shots being used as follows:
- when the re-animated detective's arm is chopped off, the camera pans up to show his pain in the unrated version but the R-rated has a short shot of Dan with a gun to his head spliced back in and a few less frames of pain
- "bum" zombie's hands bleed for a few frames more when cut by machette in unrated version
- short shot of bride showing her heart after ripping it out (unrated)
- longer shot of brides head ripping off and body ripping in two (frames only - unrated) -

The Arrow features a new anamorphic transfer of the unrated version on DVD and Blu-ray (and the R-rated version on a limited exclusive Blu-ray) while the non-anamorphic Pioneer Entertainment release including both theatrical and unrated versions of the film. The Arrow features superior extras.
