OVERALL: Draw
The Australian release has both cuts of the film and all the extras from the Arrow Limited Edition including three commentaries plus adds the radio show also available on the German release.
The German Limited Edition release has both cuts of the film and some exclusives including a German podcast though it only has two commentary tracks.
The difference in running times between the releases (which use the same master) is presumably due to text on the restoration before or after the German edition (not included in the Arrow running times is the minute plus of screens on the restoration that follow both versions).
A comparison between the 'R' rated theatrical and unrated versions is available at Movie Censorship. -
