The Japanese release has three cuts of the film on Blu-rays plus an option to watch the Japanese cut without burned-in subtitles, though note in dubbed form. Note the Japanese release does not include the intros and afterward.

The US release has three cuts of the film with all the extras found on the Japanese release and adds the intros and afterward.

The German release has four cuts of the film including a shortened German version, with some additional exclusive extras. Though note it only includes lossy Dolby Digital audio compared to the US and Japanese releases having LPCM audio for the theatrical cut.

• Blu-ray A Special Collector's Edition Japan- TC Entertainment - No cuts - Includes the theatrical cut (96:17), director's cut (87:49), the extended Japanese cut in English (95:50) and the extended Japanese cut dubbed in Japanese (96:08).
• Blu-ray ALL America- MVD Visual - No cuts - Includes the theatrical cut (96:17), director's cut (87:44 NTSC), and extended Japanese cut (96:17 NTSC).
• Blu-ray ALL Nemesis - Die Komplette Saga Germany- DigiDreams - No cuts - Includes the theatrical cut (95:41), the director's cut (87:49 PAL), the extended Japanese cut (95:49 PAL), and the German theatrical cut (91:24 PAL).
• Blu-ray B United Kingdom- 101 Films - No cuts - seems to be a hybrid of the theatrical cut and the extended version (see Notes)
