OVERALL: Draw
The Warner releases have the film with the 1959 shortened and rescored shorts with additional extras. Note the US release is a PAL to NTSC transfer and the PAL releases have "Chaplin Revue" on the second disc. Also note the Warner releases incorrectly crops the top and bottom of the image on 16:9 monitors.
Note the compilation film is comprised of three shorts from Chaplin's First National films.
