The UK releases have lengthy extras including the 2022 documentary, plus exclusive extras with a new commentary, though note they are missing the newly discovered deleted scenes & outtakes and the blooper reel found on the Second Sight 40th anniversary edition Blu-ray.
The US 2023 release also has lengthy extras including the 2022 documentary, plus the Friedkin/Hooper conversation, though note it also lacks the newly discovered deleted scenes found on the Dark Sky/MPI 40th anniversary edition Blu-ray.
The US "50th Anniversary Edition" has two exclusive featurettes, but it also lacks the newly discovered deleted scenes and lacks the "Shocking Truth" documentary and its outtakes found on the 2023 release.
The French Carlotta releases have lengthy extras including the "L’horreur dans la peau" documentary and Friedkin/Hooper conversation plus the newly discovered deleted scenes & outtakes and the blooper reel, though they lack the 2 newer audio commentaries.
The German releases have some exclusive extras including the additional newly discovered deleted scenes and the 1988 documentary. Note the 2016 German release has the isolated score in lossless 7.1 though the 4K transfer is in SDR, while the 2022 release has HDR10/Dolby Vision though the isolated score is in lossy 5.1.
