GENERAL NOTES:
There are at least three versions of the film:
- the theatrical version (~87 minutes);
- the unrated version (~88 minutes);
- the producer's cut (~81 minutes).

CUTS:
- R0 America- Troma Team Video - Yes, British version pre-cut to remove the scene where the old tramp woman cuts open a guy's chest is missing the entire section where she removes the heart and eats it. This is available on the pre-cert UK VHS released by Intervision
- R0 Uncut Special Edition America- Troma Team Video - Yes - Although labelled 'uncut' the following is missing: At the 3:09 mark the original "Last Horror Film" title credit is missing (0:06), this removal also causes the music skip at the 3:26 mark. At the 22:39 mark the throat slash scene is cut short and is missing the blood squirt hitting the camera lens (87:55 NTSC)
