The German '84 Entertainment release for the uncut status and the best extra features.

GENERAL NOTES:
There are at least three versions of the film:
- the theatrical version (~87 minutes);
- the unrated version (~88 minutes);
- the producer's cut (~81 minutes).

CUTS:

• R0 America- Troma Team Video - Yes, British version pre-cut to remove the scene where the old tramp woman cuts open a guy's chest is missing the entire section where she removes the heart and eats it. This is available on the pre-cert UK VHS released by Intervision
• R0 Uncut Special Edition America- Troma Team Video - Yes - Although labelled 'uncut' the following is missing: At the 3:09 mark the original "Last Horror Film" title credit is missing (0:06), this removal also causes the music skip at the 3:26 mark. At the 22:39 mark the throat slash scene is cut short and is missing the blood squirt hitting the camera lens (87:55 NTSC)
• R0 Germany- Astro - No cuts
• R0 Germany- CMV-Laservision - No cuts (83:27 PAL)
• R0 United Kingdom- Hollywood DVD - Yes - Pre-cut by the distributor with the heart-removal and eating scene is shortened (86:42 PAL)
• R2 Germany- '84 Entertainment - No cuts. Unrated Version (83:45 PAL)
