OVERALL: Draw
If you need an English-friendly version, the R1 & R2 Czech/UK/German (Koch Media) releases are the safest choices.
The German R2 edition from EMS is at least partly English-friendly (the movie), and is the better choice if you can follow spoken German, but we do not know whether all the extras are English-friendly. -
