GENERAL NOTES:
There are two principal versions of the film:
- the Italian cut of the film (109 minutes), the English/Italian hybrid version on various home video releases is not a legitimate cut of the film;
- the English version first released as "Violent City" and then as "The Family" (96 minutes) which actually features a few more English-language passages where the hybrid cut reverted to Italian. -
CUTS:
- Blu-ray ALL Standard Edition Germany- Nameless Media - No cuts - includes the Italian version (108:33) on the 4K disc and the Blu-ray which also contains the U.S. version (96:04).
